The project is located in Dongming County, Heze City, Shandong Province, and is built to support a 206.25MW wind power project. The project plans to construct 13.82 kilometers of single circuit 220kV transmission lines, including 13.5 kilometers of overhead lines (with a conductor cross-section of 2 × 400mm ²) and 0.32 kilometers of cable lines (with a cable cross-section of 1 × 1600mm ²). The line starts from the wind farm booster station and ends at the Dongming Petrochemical Wind Power Project booster station of Shandong Xingming Energy Co., Ltd. The altitude along the line is 50-100 meters, crossing national highways, rivers, and various infrastructure.

The bidding adopts the EPC general contracting mode, and the work content includes: full process survey, design, and construction; Procurement and supply of equipment and materials; Engineering acceptance and grid connection (including special acceptance for environmental protection, water conservation, etc.); Handling of procedures for grid connection; Construction coordination and compensation work; Warranty period service.
