The Cambodia Kaibo Building project, which is under the general contracting of China Nonferrous Metals Industry 14th Metallurgical Construction Company, a subsidiary of Yunnan Construction Investment Group, has recently successfully completed its construction task. This skyscraper broke Cambodia's skyline record with a towering height of 249.9 meters, becoming the country's new tallest building. The total construction area of the project is 123000 square meters, with an exterior curtain wall coverage area of approximately 47000 square meters. It integrates multi-functional formats such as super five-star hotels, 5A grade offices, and high-end apartments.

The architectural design deeply integrates traditional Cambodian culture and modern architectural aesthetics. The tower's shape is inspired by the classic form of stacked Cambodian Buddhist pagodas, and the lotus tower crown design at the top interprets the sacred image of the lotus totem of Angkor Wat in modern architectural language. The exterior of the building adopts a combination of gold, dark gold glass, and gray glass, and cleverly incorporates aluminum profiles and local traditional hollow carved grilles, which not only highlights ethnic characteristics but also reflects modern craftsmanship.

In terms of structural design, the project adopts an advanced system of giant core tube combined with outer frame steel structure. Its safety standards far exceed local regulatory requirements and meet the international safety level of super high-rise buildings. It has excellent wind and earthquake resistance performance and can withstand the severe tests of strong typhoons and earthquakes.

As the first overseas super high-rise project of China Nonferrous Metals 14th Metallurgical Group Corporation, the successful construction of Kaibo Building not only demonstrates the technical strength of Chinese construction enterprises in the field of super high-rise buildings, but also marks a new height of cooperation between China and Cambodia in infrastructure construction. It is reported that the urban development of Phnom Penh will continue to accelerate. The J-Tower 3 project, invested and developed by Tanichu Assets in Japan, has started the main structural construction. This skyscraper, with a planned height of 320 meters and a total investment of over 150 million US dollars, is expected to be completed by the end of 2028, which will once again refresh the skyline of Cambodian cities.
