In 2025, a ceramic tile production plant invested and constructed by a Chinese enterprise in the Kokand Free Economic Zone of Fergana Oblast, Uzbekistan, will be officially put into operation, with a total investment of 100 million US dollars. The factory is operated by a joint venture of Yongxin Co., Ltd. It has invested 70 million US dollars, hired 700 local employees, and plans to increase to 1000 positions after full operation.
The first batch of products from the factory has been exported to Kyrgyzstan, achieving an export value of 850000 US dollars, marking the initial formation of its regional export capacity. This project is an important investment project of Chinese capital in the manufacturing industry in Central Asia, which not only enhances the production capacity and technological level of Uzbekistan's building materials industry, but also creates a large number of job opportunities for the local area.

In recent years, the Uzbekistan government has actively promoted the development of free economic zones and optimized the environment for foreign investment. Kerulo Bozorov, the Governor of Fergana Oblast, stated at the commissioning ceremony that such foreign-funded projects have a significant demonstration effect on the social and economic development of the region. The project founder Sukhbaatar Mirzaev stated that the factory will achieve full production by 2025 and plans to further expand its scale and expand into international markets.
The successful implementation of this project reflects the deep cooperation between China and Uzbekistan in the manufacturing industry, and injects new impetus into the integration of the Central Asian regional industrial chain and export growth.
