The winning bidder is Southwest Company of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division. The project is located in Likash Bay, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. It is planned to be constructed as a modern urban comprehensive development project integrating high-end serviced apartments, Grade A office buildings, commercial retail, and supporting facilities. The project covers an area of 40656.09 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 397800 square meters, including 4 towers with a height of 148 meters and a maximum of 42 floors (including 1 underground floor and 41 above ground floors). After completion, it will be a landmark commercial complex in the core area of Kota Kinabalu city.
Supporting Terminal Project for Indonesia's Xijia Alumina Project

China Construction Port and Shipping Bureau won the bid. The project is located in Sangao County, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. The construction includes five 10000 ton berths and one heavy cargo berth, as well as ancillary structures such as office buildings and sewage treatment plants.
Curtain Wall Engineering of Serbia Convention and Exhibition Center Project
The winning bidder is Green Creation Company, a subsidiary of China Construction Decoration. The project is located in the Sulchin district in the southwest of Belgrade, with a total construction area of approximately 172000 square meters. The construction content includes curtain wall works for exhibition buildings 1, 3, and 6 and their ancillary facilities. This project is a key cooperation project between China and Serbia under the initiative of jointly building the "the Belt and Road". After completion, it will become one of the largest international trade expo platforms in Southeast Europe, and will also undertake the professional World Expo in Belgrade in 2027.
Framework Agreement for the Lusaka Headquarters Building and Ancillary Complex Project
The owner is the Southeast African Common Market, and the signatory is China Construction International. The announcement will be made on October 9, 2025. The project includes a headquarters building, a conference center, and a comprehensive development zone. The headquarters building has a construction area of approximately 14000 square meters and is equipped with functional spaces such as conference rooms, office areas, exhibition rooms, restaurants, medical rooms, and libraries; The conference center can accommodate 1000 people and has a building area of approximately 4000 square meters; The comprehensive development zone plans to build a four-star or above standard hotel, rental office space, and shopping center with a construction area of approximately 29000 square meters, which will effectively enhance the regional commercial vitality and tourism attraction. This project will provide modern office and conference environments for 21 member countries in the future, helping to upgrade regional governance capabilities.
