Recently, several Chinese companies have successively won new projects in the field of international engineering and manufacturing, from water conservancy channels in Kyrgyzstan, battery factories in Azerbaijan, to forklift production bases in Thailand. The landing of a series of cooperation shows that Chinese companies are deeply participating in global infrastructure construction and green energy transformation with diversified professional capabilities and general contracting models in the process of "going global". These projects not only signify further recognition of Chinese technology, engineering standards, and equipment in the international market, but also inject new impetus into local socio-economic development through the joint construction of practical livelihood and industrial projects.

In the field of infrastructure, China National Heavy Machinery Industry Corporation and Kyrgyzstan Water Conservancy Special Construction Co., Ltd. have officially signed a contract for the construction project of the Ak Tielek Channel (Padsha Ata River section). As an important project continuously promoted by the company in the Jilin market, this project will comprehensively construct the designated river section of the channel and implement supporting engineering. After the completion of the project, it will greatly improve the efficiency of regional water resource allocation and the guarantee ability of agricultural irrigation, which has positive practical significance for promoting local agricultural development and improving people's livelihoods.

In the field of new energy, CNEEC has successfully signed a PC contract for the first phase of the battery project in the Azerbaijan Alat Free Economic Zone. The owner of this project is Sichuan Heguang Tongcheng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. It is the first phase of the overall plan for the third phase of its investment in the Alat Free Economic Zone, marking the extension of cooperation between Chinese enterprises from domestic to overseas high-end manufacturing fields. The project is scheduled to start construction in October this year, adding an important link to the global layout of China's photovoltaic and energy storage industry chain.

At the same time, in the high-end manufacturing industry, China Automotive Engineering has successfully won the bid for the general contracting project of industrial vehicle assembly and lithium battery pack production of Heli Industrial Vehicles (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The project is located in the second phase of the Logana Longyan Industrial Park in Chumphon Province, Thailand, with a construction area of nearly 50000 square meters. It will build a modern production base including joint factories, battery workshops, and supporting facilities. After the completion of the project, it will have an annual production capacity of 10000 forklifts and 10000 sets of power batteries, significantly enhancing the localization manufacturing and supply capabilities of Chinese brands in the Southeast Asian market.

This series of projects covering water conservancy, energy, and manufacturing clearly outlines the roadmap for Chinese enterprises to cultivate and expand in overseas markets in multiple dimensions. They are no longer a single construction project, but a systematic solution deeply integrated into the local economic development context and responding to the global energy transformation trend. With the steady progress of these projects, Chinese builders will not only leave solid engineering monuments in foreign countries, but also cultivate sustainable internal driving forces with partners through technology transfer, industrial synergy, and improvement of people's livelihoods, interpreting the essence of mutually beneficial international cooperation through practical actions.Editor/Cheng Liting
