In the early morning, the equipment along the Xi'an East Railway Station track was fully prepared, and the 55302 test high-speed train smoothly exited the platform, marking a key construction milestone for the West Tenth High Speed Railway. This newly built high-speed railway connecting Xi'an and Shiyan has completed phased trial runs in different provinces and sections before, and now the full line connection test has officially begun. The staff will conduct multiple rounds of practical inspections according to the actual operating standards, and the supporting facilities for rail signal passenger transportation will undergo comprehensive verification simultaneously. Each test result will accumulate safety operation data for the subsequent official opening, and the long-awaited high-speed travel channel between the two places will be further reduced.

Overview of Line Foundation
The starting point of the West Tenth High speed Railway is Xi'an East Station, passing through the three cities of Xi'an, Shangluo, and Shiyan, and the endpoint is connected to the already open Shiyan East Station. The total length of the newly built main line is about 256 kilometers, and the designed train speed is 350 kilometers per hour. The entire line is equipped with seven stations, with Shiyan East Station being an original operational station and the remaining six being newly constructed stations. The segmented testing of the line was carried out in two sections in Hubei and Shaanxi as early as mid to late May. After the successful completion of the segmented trial operation, the seamless connection of the entire line was achieved. The pace of construction and commissioning throughout the process steadily progressed, and all preliminary preparations were fully implemented.

Full process practical testing
Trial operation is equivalent to comprehensive practical testing before opening to traffic, and railway staff at various positions replicate the entire process of formal operation. The testing work covers the verification of running diagram parameters, simulation of various equipment failure scenarios, emergency drills for sudden situations, and multiple core contents of driving according to the diagram. Open up the Northwest Central China Passage
This line is a key link in the national high-speed railway network, connecting to the west extension of the Xikang high-speed railway to the north, and linking to the main line of the Xulan high-speed railway through a connecting line. The southern end is directly connected to the Hanshi high-speed railway, and can transfer to multiple high-speed railway trunk lines in Beijing, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, and Chongqing, building a rapid passenger transport corridor from Xi'an to Wuhan. After the line is officially put into operation, the driving distance from Xi'an to Shiyan will be shortened to one hour, about two hours to Xiangyang, and only three hours to Wuhan.
