In the Namangan region of Uzbekistan, sunlight shines on a new construction site in the Davlatabad district, and the roar of excavators heralds the beginning of a technological revolution. A 17 story modern IT complex is about to rise here, invested and constructed by Chinese partners, with an area of 18000 square meters. It is not only a building, but also a cradle that nurtures innovation and dreams.

The Rise of Technology New City

This new park will be equipped with office space, shared office areas, training and export centers, as well as entrepreneurship accelerators and a professional service system for foreign technology companies. Dozens of IT companies and startup studios will gather here to form a complete innovation ecosystem. After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue of IT services is expected to reach 500 billion Su Mu, and the export value is expected to exceed 30 million US dollars.

Five city linkage layout

Namangan IT Park is just the beginning. China will replicate this model in Samarkand, Navoi, Urgenchi, as well as in Kirchik and Nulavshan in Tashkent. The technological map of five cities will be linked together to form a digital corridor covering the whole country, injecting new momentum into Uzbekistan's economy.

Youth and Artificial Intelligence

The Namangan region has 1.6 million young people, who are the core force of this technological revolution. Multiple training programs are being promoted locally to enhance the skills of young people in the fields of IT and artificial intelligence. The artificial intelligence laboratory at Namangan National Institute of Technology has been put into use, with an analysis center, a robot biomimetic center, an entrepreneurship accelerator, and an intelligent classroom, focusing on the research and development of artificial intelligence, robotics technology, intelligent transportation, ecology, and agricultural technology projects.keywords:Foreign engineering construction news
