Recently, Kazuo County in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, officially held a signing ceremony with Zhongying Group for the annual production of 100000 tons of manganese iron lithium phosphate material project. This is a leading project introduced by the local new energy industry and directly landed in Lizhou Industrial Park.

The total investment of the project is 2.6 billion yuan, covering an area of about 260 acres. In the future, standardized production workshops, comprehensive office buildings, and a complete set of supporting facilities will be built, and 8 fully automatic intelligent production lines will be set up. More than 4000 sets of various production equipment will be added.

Anchoring the track of new energy materials to fill the industry gap

Lithium manganese iron phosphate is currently the mainstream upgrade direction for positive electrode materials in power batteries, with an energy density more than 15% higher than traditional lithium iron phosphate, suitable for the long range vehicle needs of mainstream car companies. Previously, the production capacity of large-scale positive electrode materials in the western Liaoning region was basically blank, and after the project is implemented, it can directly fill this gap.

Relying on local resources to reduce comprehensive production costs

The surrounding area of Kazan has abundant basic mineral resources such as manganese and iron. Obtaining materials nearby can significantly reduce the transportation cost of raw materials. The complete supporting public works already built in the park can also enable the project to quickly complete the preliminary preparation and shorten the landing cycle from signing to construction.
