On July 8, 2026, Prolos signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Ulanqab Municipal Government, and the GW level ultra large scale green power intelligent computing industry base with a total investment of over 30 billion yuan was officially launched, injecting new growth momentum into the regional computing industry ecosystem.

Building a benchmark for low-carbon computing power

The project is located in the Chahar Right Wing Middle Banner Big Data Industrial Park, with a total planned land area of approximately 2000 acres, and will be gradually developed and constructed in three phases. The entire system adopts an integrated control mode of source network load storage, realizing on-site production and consumption of green electricity, fully complying with the national standards for green data center construction, and can stably support various high-density computing scenarios such as AI large model training and inference, financial technology, etc.

Relying on the abundant local wind and photovoltaic resources in Ulanqab, the proportion of computing power green electricity will exceed 85% after the project is put into operation, with PUE controlled within 1.18, significantly reducing the comprehensive energy consumption cost of computing power production.

Anchor computing power network construction trend

Prolos will rely on its accumulation in four major areas: infrastructure delivery, computing power operation, energy synergy, and capital operation, to help improve the quality and efficiency of the regional token industry throughout the entire chain. The current computing power network, as one of the six key networks promoted by the country during the 15th Five Year Plan period, is the underlying support for the core of the digital economy.
