On July 12, 2026, with the completion of the final concrete pouring, the construction of all 324 bearing platforms for the China Mongolia Cross border Railway Project has been completed. From the desert and Gobi to the depths of the grasslands, each pedestal is like a solid foundation, firmly rooted on the land of the China Mongolia border. The completion of this milestone marks the official transition of the second cross-border railway connecting the two countries into the upper structure construction stage, including pier body pouring and prefabricated beam erection, taking a crucial step towards the early completion and opening of the entire line.

To efficiently promote the construction of the bearing platform, the project takes the six to six innovation labor competition as the starting point, dynamically optimizes the construction plan and on-site resource allocation, refines monthly construction tasks, and fully guarantees the steady progress of the project construction. The project team decomposed and implemented the construction tasks of 324 abutments layer by layer, ensuring that each abutment was completed with high quality according to the plan through continuous progress tracking and dynamic adjustment, and buying valuable time for the subsequent upper structure construction.

Night pouring solves the problem of strong winds
In response to the construction difficulties of frequent strong winds and dust in the local area, which can easily affect the quality of concrete forming, the project team optimized the construction process based on the actual situation on site, and prioritized the pouring of concrete during the windless period at night, effectively avoiding quality defects such as component roughness and missing reinforcement. At the same time, we will closely monitor the entire chain of concrete mixing, transportation, pouring, vibration, and curing, establish a quality control system throughout the entire process, ensure that each pier construction is organized in an orderly manner and of reliable quality, and lay a solid foundation for the safety of bridge structures.
