At present, the scale of China's artificial intelligence industry is steadily expanding, application penetration is continuously accelerating, and multiple core data have achieved significant breakthroughs.

Wang Ruomong, Deputy Director of the Innovation and High tech Development Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated that at this meeting, the Commission will release two achievements. The first item is the case collection of "China Wisdom · Benefiting the World". The cases in 2026 cover more than 20 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and other regions, involving agriculture, industry, energy, scientific research, and other fields. The second one is the "Action Plan for Cooperative Development of Artificial Intelligence", which includes 8 aspects such as universal access to intelligent computing power, open source ecological sharing, artificial intelligence empowerment, and security governance cooperation. It aims to strengthen communication and exchange with countries in technological innovation, industrial application, security governance, and explore specific cooperation.

Wang Ruomong introduced that the scale of China's artificial intelligence related industry will exceed one trillion yuan by 2025, and it is preliminarily predicted that the growth rate will be over 30% by 2026. The National Development and Reform Commission has established more than 30 national pilot bases for artificial intelligence applications and promoted the opening of over 1000 application scenarios for state-owned enterprises. At present, the overall penetration rate of artificial intelligence in key industries has exceeded 80%. By 2025, the annual shipment of AI smartphones, AI computers and other intelligent terminals in China will exceed 100 million units, and is expected to continue to grow significantly in 2026. The sales of AI smartphones and AI computers are expected to surpass non AI products for the first time. The monthly traffic of China's AI native office intelligent agents has exceeded 20 million times, with an average daily call volume of millions of billions of words, a significant increase compared to last year.
