The Energy Efficiency Game Behind 2300P

Unlike the model of pursuing green electricity and low PUE in the west, the high electricity prices and tight land resources in Beijing's urban area have put forward strict requirements for energy efficiency design. The total planning capacity of Seven Star Garden is 2300PFlops, and the design upper limit of PUE value is not higher than 1.143. This data is approaching the red line required by the national 15th Five Year Plan for the construction of new large model data centers. Its confidence lies in the systematic optimization of the cold source and power side - the combination of variable frequency refrigeration and high-efficiency end devices, and the introduction of cold plate liquid cooling in high-density areas.

It is worth noting that the annual comprehensive energy consumption of the center is 16719 tons of standard coal, and theoretically its carbon emission index can support a computing power expansion of about 20000 P. The design phase has laid the groundwork for future expansion.

From computing power leasing to economic closed-loop

The ambition of Seven Star Garden is not just to rent cabinets, but to create a complex of AIDC+AI tools+Token economy. Its first batch of servers were put into operation in November 2025 and landed over 30 million yuan worth of computing power leasing orders. A more unique approach lies in Token SaaS going global: the theoretical production capacity is 100 million tokens per minute, and relying on its AI universal tool released by Origin Wanxiang in North America, tokens are directly consumed by global C-end users.
