Li Qiang stated that China and Thailand are close neighbors with thousands of years of friendly exchanges. Currently, under the strategic guidance of the leaders of the two countries, the construction of the China Thailand community of shared future is constantly deepening and solidifying, opening up broader prospects for cooperation between the two sides. During your visit to China, Mr. Premier, the Chinese President held a meeting with you and made new plans to deepen the development of bilateral relations. China has always placed Thailand in an important position in its neighboring diplomacy, firmly supporting the smooth governance of the new Thai government. We are willing to further promote traditional friendship, consolidate political mutual trust, firmly support each other, promote mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields to a higher level, and continuously enhance the well-being of the people of both countries.

Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to strengthen the docking of development strategies with Thailand, promote high-quality joint construction of the the Belt and Road, accelerate the implementation of key projects such as the China Thailand Railway, improve the level of facilitation such as cross-border payment and local currency settlement, maintain the good growth momentum of bilateral trade, deepen industrial integration and integration, expand cooperation in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, new energy vehicles, clean energy, and work together to promote common prosperity. We hope that the Thai side can provide a good business environment for Chinese enterprises going to Thailand. Both sides also need to deepen cultural exchanges in tourism, education, media, and other areas, strengthen the foundation of people to people friendship, and further strengthen law enforcement and security cooperation, resolutely cracking down on cross-border crimes such as online gambling and fraud. Currently, unilateralism and protectionism are escalating. As both practitioners and beneficiaries of open cooperation, China and Thailand should closely unite and cooperate, strengthen coordination and cooperation in multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations, World Trade Organization, China ASEAN, Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation, and Lancang Mekong Cooperation, and jointly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the two countries and international fairness and justice.

Anutin warmly congratulates China on successfully hosting the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and the High Level Conference on Global Governance of Artificial Intelligence.   The Thai side firmly adheres to the One China policy and will never support any "Taiwan independence" actions. Thailand is willing to maintain close high-level exchanges with China, make good use of dialogue mechanisms in various fields, promote cooperation in trade, investment, agriculture, connectivity, artificial intelligence, electric vehicles and other fields, deepen tourism and local exchanges, and promote the comprehensive strategic partnership between Thailand and China to achieve more practical results. The Thai side will increase efforts to crack down on cross-border crimes such as online gambling and fraud, and create a favorable and safe environment for Chinese tourists and businesses visiting Thailand.  

After the talks, the two prime ministers witnessed the signing of multiple cooperation documents in areas such as trade, agriculture, customs, science and technology, artificial intelligence education, aerospace, intellectual property, media, and combating transnational crime.
