The first phase will invest 4.7 billion yuan to build a negative electrode production capacity of 200000 tons, and the second phase will expand by 100000 tons with 2.3 billion yuan. After reaching production capacity, it will become the leading negative electrode production base of Zhongke Electric. The company is established with a 67.1141% stake in Zhongke Xingcheng and a 32.8859% stake in Luzhou Local Fund.
