The installation depth of Haiyou Anlan reaches 136 meters, and it is designed and built according to extreme working conditions that can withstand typhoons of level 17. The overall height is nearly 110 floors, and the tension leg floating wind power platform is a large-scale floating equipment specially designed and built for the development of deep-sea offshore wind power, with high technical difficulty. With the help of the floating body at the bottom of the platform, an upward floating force is generated, and 9 steel cables are connected to firmly grasp the anchoring foundation on the seabed. The two forces work together to firmly fix the platform on the sea surface.

This platform has a smaller sea area, which better alleviates the contradiction between offshore wind power development and traditional ocean utilization activities, and is conducive to the efficient and intensive utilization of ocean space. The platform is connected to the power grid of Lufeng Oilfield through submarine cables, and is expected to provide 54 million kilowatt hours of green electricity annually after production, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 35000 tons. The operation of the CNOOC Anlan marks the advancement of China's deep-sea floating wind power equipment technology to the forefront of the world, and explores a new path for China's offshore wind power development.Editor/Gong Ziwei
