The landing of the Zankore platform is connecting scattered computing power islands into a network, laying a solid foundation for regional intelligent transformation.

Joining forces to build a computing power platform

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Ooredoo Group, Nokia, and Nvidia recently jointly launched Zankore by Indosat, with the goal of building a first-class AI infrastructure platform in the Asia Pacific region, planning to achieve a 1-gigawatt Nvidia DSX AI factory production capacity, and promoting the large-scale implementation of agent AI and enterprise level AI. According to the plan, the platform will deliver 200 megawatts of computing power in the first half of 2027, supported by Nvidia GB300 NVL72. Subsequent deployment of DSX MaxLPS technology to recover idle power, with a maximum increase in computing power of 40% under the same power conditions.

Division of labor among all parties: Ooredoo Group, as the initiator and lead investor, provides funding and cross regional expansion capabilities; Indosat exports local market and digital infrastructure experience; NVIDIA provides accelerated computing, GPU, and AI ecosystems; Nokia offers AI native networking.

Zankore will establish a board of directors composed of shareholder representatives to provide strategic guidance and governance support for the expansion of its Southeast Asian business.

In this collaboration, Citibank serves as Indosat's financial advisor, while FTI Capital Advisors provides financial advisory services to Ooredoo Group.

All sectors are optimistic about the development prospects

Meutya Hafid, Minister of Communications and Digital Affairs of Indonesia, stated that relying on domestic resources and talents combined with global partner technologies, accelerating the construction of AI infrastructure, government support to enhance the country's digital competitiveness, and promoting the AI dividend for all. Ooredoo Group CEO Aziz Aluthman Fakhroo believes that AI infrastructure is the foundation of the digital economy, and large-scale joint investments will unleash enormous opportunities.

Vikram Sinha, President and CEO of Indosat, mentioned that enterprise AI has entered the stage of business implementation, and Zankore integrates full stack AI capabilities to provide a complete ecological foundation for large-scale AI applications.
