On the morning of August 20, 2026, the closing ceremony of the China Thailand "Eagle Strike-2026" Air Force Joint Training was held at the Ulong Base of the Thai Air Force. In this joint training, the Chinese side deployed multiple types of equipment including fighter jets, early warning aircraft, refueling aircraft, helicopters, and ground guided weapons, mixed with the Thai Air Force, and successfully completed various established tasks.

During the joint training period, China and Thailand organized joint air defense, humanitarian medical rescue and other course exercises, and held discussions and on-site visits on issues such as air force talent cultivation and the use of drone forces, further expanding the breadth and depth of the joint training.

It is reported that this is the 9th time that the air forces of China and Thailand have conducted this series of joint training. The "Eagle Strike" series of air force joint training has become an important bridge for strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the armies of China and Thailand, and is of great significance for deepening mutual trust and friendship between the two armies and jointly maintaining regional security and stability.Editor/Min Jing
