In 2026, two new national manufacturing innovation centers will be established, bringing the total number of such platforms in China to 32. The focus will be on enhancing the supply capacity of key common technologies in the manufacturing field. The pilot phase has established a complete service network consisting of 21 national level manufacturing pilot platforms and over 1800 reserve platforms, filling the key gap in the amplification and verification of technology from the laboratory to mass production. The first batch of 14 excellent technology-based enterprise incubators and 402 standard level incubators have been recognized nationwide, with a total of over 425000 incubated enterprises and teams, providing complete support for the landing and growth of early technology projects.

The national unified technology market is accelerating its formation

Many science and technology innovation enterprises with strong technical strength have long been limited by geography and channels, making it difficult to efficiently connect with industry demands across the country. At present, the country is accelerating the cultivation of an integrated technology trading market, and the technology markets in Shandong and other places have implemented intelligent matching functions for large models, completely changing the traditional mode of enterprises searching for technology in a haystack and realizing the system's active push of adaptation results. The formulation of relevant policies for the national unified technology trading service platform is being accelerated, and cross regional barriers to technology circulation will be further broken down.
