The high-end residential cluster of Dubai Blue Water Island has reached a critical construction milestone, and CSCEC ME has overcome difficulties and carried out precise construction, successfully completing the topping out of the main structure of the project. The project is located in the core area of Dubai's Blue Water Island, with a total construction area of 150000 square meters. It consists of two high-rise residential towers and supporting podiums. The two towers have heights of 199 meters and 165 meters respectively, and are planned to create 678 high-end residential units, along with accompanying parking lots, leisure facilities, and outdoor landscape systems. After the completion of the project, it will greatly improve the functional supporting facilities of the Blue Water Island area, optimize the regional living environment, and enhance the urban style and living quality of Dubai's coastal area.
