A group of modern factories facing space manufacturing are about to rise from the roaring construction site of machines. On September 10, 2026, the Aisida Aerospace Technology Intelligent Manufacturing Base officially started construction. This major project, rooted in Tianjin Dongli Huaming High tech Zone, will help commercial aerospace achieve a key leap from research and development trial production to mass production. With new materials and intelligent manufacturing, it will create new advantages for industry development and write a vivid footnote for the landing of new quality productivity in the aerospace field. The base is positioned as a high-end aerospace high-performance lightweight industrial carrier, integrating technology research and development, process validation, and large-scale manufacturing with multiple functions, providing solid support for the improvement of the domestic commercial aerospace industry chain in all aspects.
Project layout anchors the intelligent manufacturing track
The base is the core project of the second phase of the Aisida headquarters base, with a total construction area of approximately 62000 square meters. It is planned to build one center and two intelligent workshops. Two intelligent workshops have clear division of labor, one for mass production of reusable rocket insulation materials, and the other for mass production of commercial aerospace rocket fairings and large structural components. The supporting R&D center continues to tackle new materials and processes, filling the gaps in aerospace component material technology. The project has a clear construction period and is planned to be completed by the end of December 2027. It will be put into operation immediately after completion, filling the gap in the large-scale manufacturing of high-end aerospace composite materials carriers in the North China region.

Rising production capacity helps industry transformation
Aisida Aerospace has long been deeply involved in the integration of aerospace functional structural products and carbon fiber composite materials, and has been awarded the title of National Key Small Giant Enterprise for Specialization, Refinement, Special and New Features. Domestic commercial aerospace has now achieved the landing of rocket recovery technology, and the industry as a whole has entered a new stage of mass production from the research and development exploration stage. The continuous expansion of market orders has driven enterprises to expand their second phase base. After the completion of the project, the overall annual production capacity can reach 100 sets, building a complete and large-scale industrial capacity for rocket structural systems in North China. Large scale production capacity can undertake various high-frequency large-scale launch tasks, effectively compress the overall development cost of rockets, enhance the ability of enterprises to respond quickly to orders, and effectively solve the industry pain point of insufficient supply in commercial rocket mass production.

Industrial synergy activates the kinetic energy of the chain
During the project preparation phase, multiple departments in Dongli District took the initiative to provide front-line services, providing full process guarantees around administrative approval, planning, design, construction safety, and other aspects, and efficiently promoting the project's commencement and implementation. Based on the development plan of leading enterprises in the local area, synchronous layout of industrial chain investment promotion is carried out. Around the upstream and downstream supporting resources of rocket fairing, enterprises related to standard and non-standard components of hot press tank equipment and quartz fiber raw materials for fasteners are listed as the core attraction targets.
