Hope to cooperate with Alibaba Huawei and others

Muhammetkalyev Bakhtiar stated that Kazakhstan has good relations with many large Chinese companies. He said that we have land, good power infrastructure, and flexible legislation. He believes that cooperation between China and Kazakhstan can promote the construction of artificial intelligence, and hopes to cooperate with Chinese AI companies such as Alibaba and Huawei. Robot collaboration advances in two steps

On August 18, 2026, Kazakhstan held a groundbreaking ceremony for the country's first robot and artificial intelligence complex QAZBOT in Astana, integrating research and development, software and AI model development, testing adaptation, and localized production of robot systems. Promotion of Data Center Valley Construction

The data center is one of the core AI infrastructure constructions in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is in talks with multiple operators.
