When the tide of the East China Sea meets the whistle of Yixinou, Zhejiang twists the four forces of sea, land, air, and numbers into a rope. Not by the border, but closer to the world than anyone else - under the linkage of the four ports, goods between mountains and seas are following the digital and track, heading towards farther sea levels.

Recently, Zhejiang Province released the 15th Five Year Plan for Comprehensive Transportation Development. Zhejiang will deepen the linkage construction of the four ports, strengthen first-class seaports, civil aviation, and China Europe freight hubs, and build an open transportation system that connects the world smoothly.

Four port linkage

The linkage between the four ports is the core carrier of Zhejiang's dual circulation service and the improvement of the international logistics supply chain. At present, the province has opened 261 international sea freight routes, 60 international all cargo planes, and 27 China Europe freight train routes, and the layout of international logistics channels is mature.

In the next five years, Zhejiang will strengthen the hub level of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, build a bulk commodity storage and transportation base, collaborate with Wenzhou to create a near ocean shipping center, and build a Haihe intermodal hub in Jiaxing. Continuously increasing the number of ocean, Arctic, and near ocean routes, striving to break through 270 international container routes by the end of the 15th Five Year Plan, and upgrading the ranking of international shipping centers.

In terms of land and port, the Jinhua Yiwu China Europe freight train assembly center will be upgraded, the functions of intermodal stations will be improved, international transportation corridors such as the Trans Caspian Sea will be expanded, the market-oriented operation of freight trains will be optimized, and new cross-border road logistics channels will be opened up. In the airport field, we will strengthen Hangzhou's international aviation hub and Jiaxing's aviation logistics hub, optimize the layout of international routes, and expand the the Belt and Road aviation network. Strive to reach 35 countries and regions with 70 all cargo flight routes, and strengthen the capacity of air logistics and truck flights.

Digital Intelligence Empowerment

Zhejiang will rely on digital trade ports to connect multiple ports, promote new logistics models such as Jinyi Sixth Port Area, and enrich sea rail and river sea intermodal transportation products. Iteratively upgrade the smart logistics cloud platform, create a digital intelligent intermodal transportation service system, cultivate large-scale comprehensive logistics service providers, and develop one-stop logistics services throughout the entire process.
