On September 23, 2026, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation of Myanmar, as well as Yuan Longping Agricultural High tech Co., Ltd., organized the overseas training course on hybrid rice and soybean planting technology for China's aid to Myanmar in Naypyidaw. Counsellor Ouyang Daobing of the Embassy and Director of the Agricultural Research Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation of Myanmar, Ang Momouddin, attended and delivered speeches. More than 130 people from the Myanmar agricultural sector participated.

Ouyang Daobing stated that agriculture is an important area of practical cooperation between China and Myanmar. China is willing to share its experience in hybrid rice to help Myanmar enhance its food production capacity and benefit the people of both countries. Ang Mo Miao Ding thanks the Chinese side for their support and hopes that the students can apply what they have learned, promote the technology to the fields, and ensure food security. This training course lasts for 45 days and is attended by 62 Burmese agricultural officials and technicians.
