When the ancient Silk Road town welcomes the roar of machines in the new era, the dawn of the Fergana Basin is illuminated by modern factories. An industrial revolution that is rewriting the regional economic map is erupting across the hot land of Anjian Prefecture.

Uzbekistan's opening-up to the outside world and regional economic development continue to accelerate, and Andijan Oblast is experiencing a historic investment boom. Recently, Ukrainian President Mirziyoyev attended the centralized ceremony for the production and commencement of local key projects, and promoted the landing of major projects at a high level. This project adopts a cascading model of one batch of production and one batch of construction, simultaneously releasing existing production capacity and cultivating incremental momentum. Among them, 98 projects have been completed and put into operation, with a total investment of 2.05 billion US dollars, covering physical fields such as light industry, manufacturing, and people's livelihood services, quickly activating local industries, filling development gaps, and supporting stable economic growth.

Another 108 new projects have started construction with a total investment of 7.35 billion US dollars, focusing on emerging fields such as high-end manufacturing, new energy, modern logistics, cultural tourism and health care, and biomedicine, accurately aligning with national industrial planning, and accumulating high-quality momentum for regional long-term transformation and upgrading.
Global layout with diverse business formats
This project achieves full coverage of 16 urban areas in Anjian Prefecture, breaking the previous situation of scattered layout and uneven development, and promoting the integration and coordinated development of resources throughout the region. The project covers key areas such as energy, construction, textiles, machinery, medicine, education, healthcare, cultural tourism, logistics, etc., while also taking into account industrial quality improvement, urban upgrading, livelihood improvement, and foreign trade development.

The project construction meets the urgent needs of local transformation: the layout of photovoltaic and small and micro hydropower industries in the field of new energy helps to promote green energy upgrading; High end manufacturing landing transportation equipment production line, filling the gaps in the intelligent manufacturing industry chain; Constructing logistics parks and cultural tourism complexes in modern service industries to facilitate smooth commercial and trade circulation; Synchronize supporting education and medical public facilities, continuously improve urban functions, and enhance the quality of people's livelihood.
Outstanding benefits empower long-term growth
This cluster project is the largest and most comprehensive investment project in the history of Anjian Prefecture, with significant economic, livelihood, and foreign trade driving effects. After the project is fully put into operation, more than 45000 new job positions can be created, effectively absorbing local labor, stabilizing residents' income, and consolidating the foundation of people's livelihood.
In terms of industrial benefits, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 60.6 trillion Su Mu after reaching production, optimize the traditional industrial structure, and build a diversified modern industrial system. In terms of foreign trade, it can form a stable export capacity of 533 million US dollars, drive local specialty products to go global, and continuously improve the level of regional opening-up and core competitiveness.
