Representatives from the government, universities, and enterprises gathered here, using talent as a link to build a smart bridge connecting China and Central Asia in the free trade zone.

In the golden September, the Silk Road is surging with waves. Recently, the FTZ cross-border human resources exchange meeting with the theme of linking Asia Europe · Zhihui Silk Road was held in Khorgos Talent Building. The event was hosted by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Xinjiang, undertaken by the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Ili Prefecture and Khorgos City, implemented by Khorgos Talent Group and Human Resources Big Data Industrial Park, and provided technical support by Khorgos Talent Technology Information Company. Representatives from the government, state-owned enterprises, human resources and social security departments, human resources agencies, foreign trade enterprises, universities, and industry associations gathered at the scene to jointly explore cross-border human resources cooperation and plan the direction of talent exchange and development between Asia and Europe.

Building a platform for communication and cooperation

The event aims to implement the relevant achievements of the Second China Central Asia Summit and deepen cooperation in the field of human resources between Xinjiang and Central Asian countries. Relying on the unique geographical advantages of Khorgos, we will build a regular cross-border talent supply and demand docking platform, and explore a new mode of cross-border human cooperation in the FTZ around cross-border labor services, talent introduction, youth employment and other contents.
