The implementation of the Head of State Project

On October 15, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the China Mongolia Yuanshou Sports Center project, which China provided free aid to Mongolia, was held in Ulaanbaatar. Mongolian President Hulilesuke, Acting Charg é d'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia Cao Li, and Vice President of Shaanxi Construction Group Yan Yongjun attended the event. Hulilesuke said that Mongolia and China are inseparable permanent neighbors, and the comprehensive strategic partnership continues to deepen, with a wider range of cooperation. Sports are the bond between the people of the two countries to increase trust, dispel doubts, and become closer. Friendship landmark starts construction

Cao Li said that China and Mongolia are adjacent to each other and are good partners along the the Belt and Road. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 77 years ago, there have been many achievements in practical cooperation, and China has always done its best to help Mongolia. This project is a major livelihood issue that concerns the heads of state of both countries. Building museums in high-altitude regions

The project is located in Ulaanbaatar and is coordinated by the International Economic Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce. Covering an area of 30000 square meters with a construction area of approximately 58000 square meters, it is a comprehensive sports public building, including indoor venues, management rooms, computer rooms, basements, plazas, parking lots, and landscapes.
