In the early morning, the water surface of the pond in Chunshu Town is sparkling, and this water area, which was originally only used for aquaculture, is about to usher in a new development opportunity. With the promotion of environmental impact assessment publicity, a large-scale fishery photovoltaic complementary power station is ready to land. The three-dimensional mode of water power generation and underwater aquaculture will awaken the diverse value of idle water surfaces and add new support to the optimization of local energy structure and rural industrial development.

Clear and concise project overview

The publicly announced project is located on the surface of Kentang Lake in Chunshu Town, Jin'an District, Lu'an City, and the construction entity is Lu'an Shengyang New Energy Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 625.1876 million yuan, and the overall construction period is set at 10 months. The rated capacity of the project is 150MW, with a total installed capacity of 180.0162MWp on the DC side. A total of 285740 N-type TOPcon monocrystalline silicon double-sided power generation components with a capacity of 630Wp are selected. The project relies on the layout of local pond resources, does not occupy arable land resources, and is in line with the development concept of complementary fishing and photovoltaics for both land and fishery.

Stable and considerable power generation scale

After the project is completed and put into use, it is expected that the annual power generation will reach 198.7754 million kilowatt hours, continuously outputting clean electricity. Six new 35kV collection lines will be built, using a mixed installation scheme of overhead lines and cable lines. The total length of the lines is 95.7km, including a double circuit path of 25.3km and a single circuit overhead line of 70.4km. After the completion of the supporting lines, it can ensure stable power transmission from the power station and open up a green power transmission channel.

Steady progress in environmental impact assessment public disclosure

On October 22, 2026, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Jin'an District, Lu'an City, conducted a review in accordance with the relevant regulations on the approval of environmental impact assessments for construction projects, and intends to issue approval opinions on this ecological environment impact assessment report. Keywords: fishery photovoltaic complementarity, photovoltaic projects, environmental impact assessment proposed for approval

The project combines the development of clean energy with the protection of aquatic ecology. It relies on photovoltaic panels to provide moderate shading to improve the water environment, coordinate the relationship between power generation production and aquaculture, and achieve synchronous improvement of ecological and economic benefits.Editor/Huang jiali
