Ambassador Hu Bin to Djibouti and Ms. Amina, the Minister of Urban Construction of Djibouti, respectively signed the handover certificate for the Chinese assisted 500 sets of social security housing project in Djibouti on behalf of the two governments.

Ambassador Hu Bin said that the project is a key project of China Kyrgyzstan people's livelihood cooperation under the framework of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation. It is also the latest landmark achievement of high-quality joint construction of the the Belt and Road and the implementation of the global development initiative, which highlights the people-oriented development concept of the two countries, and will help improve the living conditions of local people and enhance people's well-being.

Minister Amina thanks China for its long-term strong support to Kyrgyzstan and looks forward to deepening cooperation with China to achieve more mutually beneficial results for the people.

This project is an important practical measure to implement the poverty reduction and benefit plan in the ten major cooperation plans of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation, and consolidate the existing cooperation achievements between China and Kyrgyzstan.
