Recently, the first undergraduate opening ceremony of Luban Workshop in Turkmenistan was held simultaneously in China and Turkmenistan through online and offline linkage. The main venue is located at Kakayev International Oil and Gas University in Turkmenistan, while the sub venues are located at Xi'an Petroleum University and Hebei Petroleum Vocational and Technical University.

Chinese Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ji Shumin, President of Kakayev International Oil and Gas University Atamanov, and Shaanxi Provincial University Delegation to Turkmenistan attended the main venue. Officials from the Foreign Affairs Office and Education Department of Shaanxi Province, as well as the President of Xi'an Petroleum University, Wang Jinfu, attended the Xi'an branch venue. The first batch of freshmen officially set sail

At the ceremony, representatives from both China and Turkey presented students with admission certificates and wore commemorative badges. It is reported that the first batch of 68 undergraduate students were admitted to the Luban Workshop in Turkmenistan, including 20 students majoring in geological resource exploration and 48 students majoring in information systems and technology.
