On October 27, 2026, Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Rumei attended the 7th World Forum on Cross Cultural Dialogue held in Azerbaijan. President Aliyev presided over the opening ceremony of the forum, attended by cultural ministers from multiple countries and representatives from international organizations such as the United Nations.

China is promoting the establishment of the International Day of Dialogue among Civilizations at the United Nations, providing an important platform for the international community to engage in dialogue among civilizations. China has promoted the United Nations to adopt the Resolution on Strengthening International Cooperation in Artificial Intelligence Capacity Building and proposed the establishment of the World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization.
