Recently, Ambassador Chen Feng visited the province of Constanta in Romania and had discussions and exchanges with the governor of the province, Mitroy, and the mayor of Constanta, Kichak.

Ambassador Chen stated that the traditional friendship between China and Romania is profound, and Constanta has a good foundation for exchanges and cooperation with China. As the largest port in the Black Sea, Constanta Port is an important hub for Asia Europe connectivity and economic and trade exchanges between China and Romania. We hope that both sides can carry forward the tradition of friendship, tap into the potential for cooperation, and deepen cooperation in areas such as port logistics, economic and trade investment, and cultural exchanges.

Luo Fang stated that in recent years, Constanta has actively promoted the renovation of urban infrastructure and the implementation of key projects, continuously optimized the investment environment, overcome the adverse effects of regional instability, and focused on promoting economic development and improving people's livelihoods.
