The project started near Hantangli Village, Xintian Town, Yuanzhou District, Yichun City (connected to the high-speed section from Sanyang to Xintian District, Yichun City), and finally moved to Yishan Village, Duizian Town, Suicchuan County, Ji'an City. The route passes through Yuanzhou District of Yichun City, Anfu County, Yongxin County, Jinggangshan City, and Suichuan County of Ji'an City. The total length of the route is about 194.867 kilometers, and the estimated project cost is about 28.811 billion yuan.

Among them, the section from Yichun to Anfu starts near Hantangli Village, Xintian Town, Yuanzhou District, Yichun City (connects to the high-speed section from Sanyang to Xintian in Yichun City), and finally reaches the junction of Yantian Town and Pengfang Township, Anfu County, Ji'an City Near Damian Mountain. The route passes through Yuanzhou District and Anfu County, with a total length of about 73.8 kilometers (the initial setting of pile number K0+420-K73+680, including broken links), and the estimated construction and installation cost is about 7.89 billion yuan.

This project was jointly won by Jiangxi Transportation Engineering Group and Guangxi Transportation Design Group, with a bid price of approximately 7.45 billion yuan. Editor/Peng Xue
