The third phase of the Wong Chuk Hang Station commercial and residential development project, the company's attributable contract value is approximately HK$5.39 billion, including the construction of four residential buildings, shopping malls and related facilities. The construction area is approximately 199,000 square meters and the contract period is approximately 41 months. .

The Baptist University’s student dormitory and teaching building turnkey project is located in Kowloon Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The company’s attributable contract amount is approximately HK$1.52 billion, including the construction of a student dormitory with four buildings, a teaching complex and related supporting facilities. The contract duration is approximately 36 months.

The fourth phase of the Lei Yue Mun Public Housing Development Project on Xin Wing Street, Yau Tong, the company’s attributable contract value is approximately HK$1.37 billion, including the construction of two public housing buildings and non-residential auxiliary facilities buildings, with a construction area of approximately 120,000 square meters , The contract period is about 37 months.
