On behalf of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, I welcome His Excellency the Speaker to visit Xinjiang, China. Especially since last year, Xinjiang and Kazakhstan have opened up new opportunities for mutual visits and exchanges in various fields, continuously achieving positive results. Xinjiang fully, accurately and comprehensively implements the CPC's strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era, insists on putting the rule of law in a prominent position, continues to play the role of the rule of law as a guarantee to consolidate the foundation, stabilize expectations, and benefit the long-term, anchor the strategic positioning of building a golden passage between Asia and Europe and a bridgehead for China's opening to the west, and solidly promote the practice of Chinese path to modernization in Xinjiang. Yellan Koshanov thanked Xinjiang, China for its warm and friendly reception, and introduced the situation of Kazakhstan's reform and development, parliament, and political parties. He stated that China is a trusted friend of Kazakhstan, and the relationship between the two countries has reached a new level. As a golden gateway for friendly exchanges and cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, Xinjiang, China, has close relations with Kazakhstan in various fields, and the friendship between the two peoples is profound. China's economic and social development in Xinjiang has continuously achieved gratifying new achievements, and friendly cooperation between Kazakhstan and Xinjiang is becoming increasingly important in the bilateral relations.
