Recently, the comprehensive pilot restoration project for community management and management of degraded grassland in Guoluo Jiuzhi County, Qinghai Province has officially begun full construction. This major project aims to further promote the management and restoration of degraded grasslands through community participation in governance. The project plans to treat a total area of 10,500 acres of degraded grassland and improve 10,000 acres of degraded grassland to restore its ecological functions and productivity.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, herders actively participated in it. They are not only beneficiaries of the project, but also active participants in ecological restoration management. Through the extensive participation of herdsmen, it not only improves their initiative and enthusiasm for ecological restoration and management, but also promotes the formation of a long-term management and protection mechanism, ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of the grassland ecosystem.
