The Baiwangshan North Road Environmental Improvement Project has officially kicked off recently, marking that the area is about to usher in a comprehensive facelift. The project aims to not only thoroughly improve the regional road network structure through a series of careful planning and implementation, but also create a new road scene with beautiful ecology and smooth traffic.

As a convenient passage for citizens to Baiwangshan Forest Park and an important link between the north and south of Haidian, the improvement project of Baiwangshan North Road is of great significance. The project focuses on the north side of Baiwangshan in Xibeiwang Town, starting from Hanjiachuan in the west and ending at the intersection of Heishanhu Road in the east. It is about 1,431 meters long and is a key link in building a regional green ecological corridor.

The core of this improvement project is to create a livable environment and promote the overall leap in urban quality. One of the key measures is to deeply optimize the green environment on both sides of the road, make full use of the existing roadside green space resources, and through scientific planning and careful design, plant trees and add hedges, etc., to strive to achieve the visual effect of driving in the shade and the scenery following the road, so that every step of the trip will become a visual feast.
