When there is an urgent need for a unified dispatch center for the cross regional circulation of massive data, a provincial-level computing power control platform has been established in Guizhou, connecting key nodes in the western region of the national integrated computing power network.

On June 23, 2026, the China Computing Platform (Guizhou) was officially completed and put into use, fully integrated into the national computing platform system. Guizhou has successfully become one of the first provinces in China to integrate provincial-level platforms with the national system by 2026, filling a key gap in the construction of the Western Computing Hub. As a core node of the National East West Computing Project, the implementation of this platform is not just a simple system setup, but also realizes the unified collection, monitoring, and intelligent scheduling of provincial-level computing resources, providing solid support for the national integrated computing layout in Guizhou.
Efficient landing, fast construction, and online launch
The Guizhou Computing Power Dispatch Platform was led by the Guizhou Provincial Communication Management Bureau and officially launched in March 2026. It took only over three months to complete and land the construction, leading the construction efficiency of similar provincial-level platforms nationwide. The platform strictly benchmarks the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the construction of computing power situational awareness, fully implements the goal of national computing power one account, one network, and integrated construction, clearly understands the base of computing power resources in the province, and greatly improves the efficiency of resource scheduling and the ability to connect with the whole country.

Fully functional to achieve global linkage
At present, the platform has been running steadily and regularly, and its core functions have been fully implemented. The platform is directly connected to the three major telecommunications operators and mainstream computing power operators in the province, such as Huawei Cloud, fully covering the core computing power supply resources in the province. At the same time, abandoning the traditional manual reporting mode, achieving fully automated collection, real-time updates, and standardized summarization of computing power data, greatly improving the authenticity and timeliness of data. Relying on the advantages of Guizhou's national computing power hub, the platform fully leverages the dense local intelligent computing resources and mature technology to undertake the core functions of regional computing power coordination and cross regional collaborative scheduling.
Strong family background and outstanding computing power
Relying on long-term digital infrastructure and deep cultivation layout, Guizhou has built a leading computing power industry base in the country. The latest core computing power data of the province will be simultaneously disclosed on this platform launch. At present, the total computing power scale in the province has reached 160 EFLOPS, with intelligent computing power accounting for over 90%, and AI computing power supply capacity firmly ranking among the top tier in the country. There are 50 key data centers in the province, with a total of 320000 standard racks and an overall shelving rate of 73%. The resource utilization efficiency ranks among the top in the western hub. With its unique advantages of high proportion of intelligent computing and high localization rate, Guizhou has become an important supporting sector for the national computing power strategic layout.

The implementation and use of China's computing power platform (Guizhou) has profound significance for the regional and national computing power landscape. The platform enables comprehensive visualization, measurability, and controllability of computing power resources, operational status, and load data across the province, providing accurate data support for policy formulation, project layout, and resource optimization.
