Tatu City, a well-known private development zone in the local area, has chosen China Road and Bridge to build the flagship Jabali Building in the area. After the landing of this multi-functional vertical complex, it will complement the commercial and residential facilities in the suburbs of Nairobi, helping Chinese enterprises expand their layout in the high-end urban construction market in East Africa, and relying on mature infrastructure to drive local employment and regional economic development.

The landing of the complex releases multiple development benefits

Entering the private economic zone on the outskirts of Nairobi, the road network, water, electricity, and fiber optic facilities in the area are complete, and the large-scale vertical complex Jabali Building has officially started construction. The total development area of the project is 88000 square meters, with two planned 25 story and 36 story residential buildings, each equipped with 150 guest rooms, a Grade A hotel office area, and 35 commercial units. The residential units are complete, and the sales rate of Tower A has reached 75%. The project can provide over 2000 job opportunities throughout its entire lifecycle, serving as the core project for upgrading the area. In the future, it will also support the International College and Wildlife Reserve. Keywords: China Road and Bridge, East African Urban Development

Deeply cultivating East Africa and expanding the track of comprehensive development

The pace of urbanization in Kenya is accelerating, and the supply of high-end commercial and residential complexes in the Nairobi metropolitan area is insufficient. Tatu City currently has more than 7000 residents and 100 enterprises, with ample development space. Previously, China Road and Bridge Corporation undertook key infrastructure projects such as local sports stadiums. This time, it undertakes high-end private complexes, transforming its business from traditional infrastructure to comprehensive urban development. With its construction strength, it seizes the opportunity of urbanization development in Africa and continues to strengthen its competitiveness in overseas markets.  Editor/Min Jing
