The total development area of the project is 88000 square meters, with two planned 25 story and 36 story residential buildings, each equipped with 150 guest rooms, a Grade A hotel office area, and 35 commercial units. The residential units are complete, and the sales rate of Tower A has reached 75%. The project can provide over 2000 job opportunities throughout its entire lifecycle, serving as the core project for upgrading the area.
