The energy storage project has been successfully completed and connected to the grid

On July 6, 2026, the HeBang 400MW/800MWh independent shared energy storage power station located in Xinrong, Datong, Shanxi completed one-time grid connection work, setting a record for the highest single batch grid connected capacity of independent energy storage on the grid side in Shanxi Province.

The energy storage project is invested and constructed by Yichu Shuzhi Energy Group, located on the north side of Xiejiachang Village, Xicun Township, Xinrong District, Datong. The overall planned installed capacity is 400MW/800MWh. All power stations are equipped with lithium iron phosphate energy storage batteries, equipped with 80 5MW/10MWh energy storage units and 80 PCS boost integrated prefabricated cabins, with high equipment integration and excellent grid response speed. The project is equipped with layered control, active balancing, and graded fire protection multiple protection schemes to properly solve complex technical problems such as parallel operation of multiple groups of large capacity energy storage, temperature balance, and fire linkage. The project is equipped with an AI battery health operation and maintenance system, which monitors the real-time operation status of individual batteries, predicts equipment failures in advance, and achieves an overall circuit operation efficiency of 86.7%; Supporting intelligent trading decision-making platform, accurately predicting electricity price trends, intelligently adjusting trading plans, and expanding multi-channel revenue space.
