On July 8, 2026, CORNEX signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Denmark's KK Group at CORNEX's global headquarters. CORNEX Chairman Dai Deming, President Huang Feng, Vice President Zheng Peng, KK Group Chief Corporate Development Officer Michael Dallala, Vice President of Energy Storage Systems Michael Ariel Nielsen, and President of Power Control Division Mads Norby attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, both parties will leverage the market opportunities presented by the rapid development of the European energy storage industry, and build a comprehensive and full cycle energy storage project cooperation system based on their respective industrial chains, advanced technologies, and market resource advantages. Based on deep consensus, both parties have signed a cooperation framework for the 5GWh scale energy storage system project, covering the design, product supply, on-site debugging, operation and maintenance support, spare parts supply, and battery retirement and recycling of European energy storage projects, creating a closed-loop overseas energy storage service ecosystem. Previously, both parties had signed a cooperation agreement on the exchange side of the European market at the 2026 European Smart Energy Exhibition. This signing is a substantial implementation of the previous cooperation intention, laying a solid foundation for the deep collaboration between the two parties in the market.
KK Group is a subsidiary of AP Moller Group, one of the world's largest shipping companies, and is the only wholly-owned new energy subsidiary under AP Moller. KK Group has been deeply involved in the fields of wind power, energy storage, and power control for many years. It is highly adapted to the local grid standards and market access requirements in Europe, and has rich and mature project experience. It is a leading energy technology service provider in Europe. CORNEX has leading energy storage battery and system integration capabilities, which complement KK Group's deep accumulation in wind power converters, electronic control systems, and AC side integration. Together, they will provide efficient and reliable one-stop energy storage solutions for Europe's energy transformation, helping to regulate the European power grid and integrate new energy.
Looking towards the future, CORNEX will continue to uphold the concept of open and win-win cooperation, work together with KK Group to create a model of cross-border cooperation between China and Europe's new energy enterprises, promote more high-quality energy storage projects to be implemented in Europe, and contribute actively to achieving carbon neutrality goals in Europe.Editor/Min Jing
