As the hub of China Europe freight trains in the North China region, Shijiazhuang International Land Port has delivered an impressive performance in the first half of the year - a total of 814 China Europe (Asia) freight trains have been operated, a year-on-year increase of 42.06%, and the scale of operation ranks first in North China and among the top in the country.

More than 80000 TEUs of goods are transported from here to various parts of Asia and Europe, driving more Hebei characteristic industries to overseas markets. The data of operating 1282 trains and a cargo value exceeding 15 billion yuan throughout 2025 has verified the growth potential of this inland port, and new records are still being continuously broken.

Train network encryption

The steady strengthening of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei foreign trade market is the underlying support for the sustained increase in train freight volume. According to customs data, the total import and export value of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region in the first half of the year was 2.58 trillion yuan, up 16.2% year on year, including 1.37 trillion yuan for the countries jointly building the the Belt and Road. The vitality of outward oriented industries is released, and the demand for international logistics channels is increasing accordingly.

Shijiazhuang International Land Port actively undertakes the import and export needs of regional industries, with a transportation value of over 7.1 billion yuan and more than 80000 TEUs of goods shipped from here. In July, the land port added a new train route to Liege, Belgium, and opened a fast multimodal transport train from Shijiazhuang to Chongqing.
