Kunming 1.06 billion logistics hub starts construction

In late July 2026, the Kunming Commercial Service National Logistics Hub Multimodal Transport International Assembly Center project officially broke ground in the core area of Wangjiaying, Kunming International Land Port, China, with a total investment of approximately 1.06 billion yuan. At the same time, China Logistics (Yunnan) Multimodal Transport Co., Ltd. was unveiled and established. This marks the strategic cooperation between China Logistics Group and Yunnan Province moving from agreement to physical operation, and the central and local governments joining hands to take a crucial step in the construction of the Southwest logistics hub.

Investing over one billion yuan to fill the gap in smart logistics

The Kunming Logistics Assembly Center is invested and constructed by China Logistics Group Yunnan Co., Ltd. The main construction contents include high standard warehouses, international container cold chain operation yards, comprehensive energy stations, big data service centers, and supporting office buildings. After the completion of the project, it will effectively fill the gaps in the smart logistics infrastructure of Wangjiaying area, enhance the regional logistics carrying capacity and operational efficiency.

Physical company unveiling, focusing on multimodal transportation

The newly unveiled China Logistics (Yunnan) Multimodal Transport Co., Ltd. is the first physical subsidiary of China Logistics Group Yunnan Co., Ltd. in Yunnan. It will focus on core businesses such as multimodal transport, supply chain integration services, and warehousing facility operations, and is committed to cultivating new quality and productivity in regional logistics. Since its registration and establishment in December 2024 and physical operation in March 2025, the company has been accelerating the improvement of its modern logistics system of "channel+hub+network". Linkage Cross border Channel Service Radiation Center
