The "China Hydrogen Energy Development Report (2026)" released by the National Energy Administration on August 11, 2026 shows that as of June 2026, China's annual production capacity of renewable energy hydrogen production, mainly through electrolysis of water, has exceeded 1.4 million tons, and the hydrogen energy industry has made positive progress. Currently, China's hydrogen energy infrastructure is steadily being constructed. As of June, a total of about 620 hydrogen refueling stations have been built nationwide, and over 350 kilometers of pure hydrogen pipelines have been put into operation.
