Andrei Denisov, First Vice Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Russian Federation Council and former Russian Ambassador to China, pointed out in an interview with our agency during the 4th Russia China Forum on the Sprout of Mutually Beneficial Cooperation that Russia is China's most reliable energy supplier.
