At the signing site of the AI cloud infrastructure contract in Singapore, the 9.5MW capacity of BitdeerAI Malaysia A102 data center was sold out before it was electrified. This long-term consumption agreement covering five years directly locks in an expected total revenue of over 800 million US dollars.

In the first half of 2026, the demand for AI computing power in Southeast Asia surged by 127% year-on-year. Malaysia, which is adjacent to the core area of enterprise level AI demand in the Asia Pacific region, is becoming a new hotspot for global high-density liquid cooled data center layout.

Liquid cooling station locks in revenue for five years in advance

A102 is a liquid cooled multi tenant data center designed specifically for NVIDIA GB300 NVL72, which can provide both GPU cloud services and hosting services. The 9.5MW capacity will be fully pre sold before it is officially powered on in the first quarter of 2027.

The five-year long-term consumption commitment brought by this project is expected to exceed $800 million in total revenue, and related revenue and costs will be recognized starting from the first quarter of 2027, without affecting the 2026 financial statements. Based on the development principle of sales and construction, over 50% of the project's capital expenditures have been covered by customer prepayments, significantly reducing the financial pressure during the construction phase.

Global 350MW computing power layout continues to advance

As a subsidiary of Bitdeer, which is listed on NASDAQ, Bitdeer AI's AI cloud sector has a current intention to order and project reserve scale of over 2 billion US dollars. In addition to the sold out A102 site, the 21.7MW site in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is accelerating construction, and its global layout has covered the United States, Norway, Bhutan, Canada, and Malaysia.

The company plans to complete the delivery of 350 megawatts of AI cloud capacity before the first quarter of 2028. The Malaysia site is one of the first benchmark projects to achieve full capacity pre-sale. With sufficient local power supply and location advantages adjacent to the Asia Pacific market, it will continue to undertake the rapidly growing demand for enterprise level AI computing power. From the signing table in Singapore to the construction site in Johor, Malaysia, pre locked liquid cooled data centers are restructuring the supply rhythm of AI computing power in Southeast Asia. BitdeerAI's sales based build model also provides a low-risk new sample for the development of high-density AI infrastructure worldwide.Editor/Cheng Liting
