On September 7, 2026, a special batch of Chinese equipment - gantry variable intelligence boards - will be introduced to the 12 kilometer road in Kangkang City, Guinea. Zhongtian High tech, a subsidiary of Henan Communications Investment Group, successfully won the bid for the project and secured the company's first overseas order. Self developed equipment customized for West African environment

The project adopts Zhongtian High tech's self-developed and self-produced Zhongding series products, covering 12 kilometers of roads in Kangkang City. It is the first highway gantry variable information board project in Guinea. The variable intelligence board is used for real-time push of road conditions, traffic guidance, and emergency warning, and is the core terminal of the smart road network. In response to the high temperature and high humidity climate in West Africa, the company has made special optimizations to the equipment's heat dissipation, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance performance to ensure stable operation under complex working conditions, representing that this equipment has the ability to land in tropical regions.

The overseas path of local state-owned enterprises

Zhongtian High tech is a high-tech enterprise under Henan Communications Investment Group that focuses on the research and manufacturing of intelligent transportation equipment.
