This long-term lease agreement, valued at over 1 billion Qatari riyals or approximately 275 million US dollars, will deliver 8 megawatts of operational capacity to the world's leading cloud service providers, supporting their rapidly expanding cloud computing and AI workloads. After the project is implemented, it will be directly connected to MEEZA's five mature M-VAULT data center systems, relying on local stable energy supply and low latency networks to provide computing power support for AI training and inference business in the Middle East, North Africa, and even Europe. The latest data from third-party organization Arizton Intelligence shows that the market size of Qatar's data centers has reached 203 million US dollars by 2025, and will expand at a compound annual growth rate of 22.97% in the future.
