Infrastructure empowers the smooth development of the entire region
Over the past six years, Kyrgyzstan has made every effort to improve its transportation, energy, and aviation infrastructure, and to open up regional development channels. The transportation construction has achieved outstanding results, with over 3600 kilometers of asphalt roads laid in the past five years, and the construction mileage steadily increasing year by year. From 2021 to 2025, 175 kilometers, 488.4 kilometers, 673.8 kilometers, 802 kilometers, and 1545 kilometers were completed respectively. Multiple key roads have been renovated, and regional traffic and economic conditions have been greatly improved. In the energy sector, both upgrading and transformation are being considered. Multiple hydropower stations have been newly built and modernized, and the Balarasaru hydropower station in Taras state has been successfully put into operation. At the same time, wind and photovoltaic projects in Chuhe Prefecture and Issyk Kul Huzhou have been gradually put into use, and the application of clean energy continues to be popularized, making the energy security system more stable and diversified.
Industrial expansion activates endogenous economic momentum
Relying on the dividends of infrastructure development, Kyrgyzstan continues to optimize its industrial structure, cultivate local real economy, and form a differentiated industrial development pattern in each province. Upgrading the building materials and oil refining industries in Chuhe Prefecture, and implementing large-scale cement production projects; Osh and Jalalabad regions are improving their agricultural and petroleum processing industry chains; Nalun, Taras, and Batken provinces are deeply cultivating resource development and agricultural and sideline product processing, and the regional industrial support capacity continues to strengthen.

The landing of industrial projects effectively promotes employment and economic growth. By 2025, there will be 119 new industrial enterprises in China, with a total investment of 715.6 million US dollars and 8451 new job opportunities. 113 industrial projects have been steadily advancing this year, and as of September, 60 enterprises have started production. The Kumtor gold mine has completed its local transfer, providing stable financial benefits to the country. At the same time, the country has successfully resolved border issues with neighboring countries, restarted infrastructure and livelihood construction in border areas, and achieved peaceful and stable development at the border. Improving the quality of people's livelihoods paints a picture of livability and happiness
Kyrgyzstan continues to increase efforts in improving people's livelihoods, comprehensively upgrading public services such as education, healthcare, and housing. Education resources continue to expand. On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of national independence, 34 schools and 28 kindergartens have been put into use nationwide, and high-quality Ackermann Middle School has been established in multiple cities. By the end of this year, 58 new educational facilities will be added and cultural and sports facilities will be improved simultaneously.
