Siemens Mobility Group has officially launched the Railigent X railway intelligent operation and maintenance platform, focusing on predictive maintenance of trains, full lifecycle asset management, and digitalization of fleet operation and maintenance, to comprehensively optimize the railway asset operation and maintenance mode. This platform can reduce railway maintenance costs by 15%, achieve asset availability close to 100%, while reducing delay costs by about 40%. It can also reduce unplanned factory visits by 30%, improve equipment reliability by 10%, and effectively extend the service life of equipment components. The platform can adapt to a full range of railway equipment such as locomotives and rolling stock, track infrastructure, and various signal systems. With a multi-level architecture, it integrates and analyzes operation and maintenance data to achieve fault prediction and optimization of operation and maintenance plans.
