On the morning of September 27, 2026, at 10 o'clock, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 120 MW photovoltaic power generation project of Qingxiangshu Phase II in Shuangbai County, Datang, Yunnan was officially held, marking the project's comprehensive entry into a new construction stage of centralized construction and full speed tackling.

The project is undertaken by China Electric Power Construction Henan Engineering Co., Ltd. Since the early preparation, all parties have attached great importance to the project promotion work, and have carried out various preparatory work such as procedure approval, site survey, site leveling, and supporting planning in an orderly manner. Affected by multiple preparatory work, the project started 4 months behind the original plan. All participating units actively overcame the difficulties in the early preparation, refined the construction plan, allocated high-quality resources, and made every effort to ensure the smooth start of the project, laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.

Bidding landing to finalize construction details

Based on the open bidding process of Datang Group's e-commerce platform, the project officially started the construction general contracting bidding work in March 2026. According to the initial construction plan, the project was originally scheduled to have a construction period from May 6th to November 30th, 2026. After a standardized bidding and evaluation process, Henan Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group successfully won the bid for the project with a total amount of 69505048.00 yuan, based on its mature experience in new energy engineering construction, comprehensive construction plan, and reasonable quotation. This bidding process is standardized and transparent, strictly controlling the qualifications and construction standards of the contractor, providing a solid guarantee for the high-quality and efficient construction of the project.
